This development will be the first luxury, boutique residential property in the Columbia Heights/Petworth neighborhood and will offer unique studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom rental units averaging 850 square feet.

Given the smaller scale of the building and no requirement for affordable units, the development will offer luxury urban living at lower price points than larger competing luxury properties.
